To install and use coobi care smoothly, your smartphone needs to meet the following minimum requirements:
iPhone: iOS 16.4 or later
✅ Compatible: iPhone 8 and newer (including iPhone SE 2020/2022, and all models from the 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 series)
❌ Not compatible: iPhone 7 / 7 Plus, iPhone 6s / 6s Plus, iPhone SE (1st generation), and older models
Android: Android 7.1 or later
✅ Compatible: most devices from 2017 onwards
❌ Not compatible: only very old or long-unupdated devices
How to check your current operating system version:
iPhone: Settings → General → About → Software Version
Android: Settings → About Phone → Android Version
